Hi,

Are you installing drivers off of the CD? Newer operating systems like Snow Leopard, Lion and Win 7 are incompatible with the drivers that come on the disk.

You can download the newest updates for free from our website. This should fix the issue.

  hi line 6 david i have installed all the current updates from line 6 still no driver recognised for osx lion
  not a happy bunny i think ive wasted my money on line 6 quite peed off concidering ive brought spider 4 fbv variax and pod xt perhaps i should have invested in another company

Hi
I have pretty much the same issue although i have had this working in the past with Lion but for some reason it does not want to work now.
When i run Monkey it tells me that i need to load the drivers and these are 7.1.3 so i tell it to install them, go through the motions and then it finishes installing them but the Guitarport does not work so i go back into Monkey and there are no drivers installed.
Tried downloading these seperately but still the same.
Can anyone help please.

Tried 7.1.3 and now just tried 7.1.0 and still Monkey shows no driver installed, this is very annoying
